Welcome to Zagreb

Zagreb is a little treasure trove of European culture and civilization. Located in the heart of Europe, the capital city of Croatia is less than a two hour flight away from all major European ports (cities) and the Zagreb airport is only a 25 minute drive away from the city center.

Zagreb has many surprises in store for all walks of life: great historical and cultural sites, numerous museums, many events and musical performances, exciting nightlife, a wide range of accommodation possibilities, restaurants with excellent food and wines, great shopping and sports facilities, beautiful parks, diverse excursion possibilities and above all, friendly people.

Getting around the city is easy. You can reach most of the attractions on foot as they are situated in the pedestrian zone. Public transport is well organized and there is a good and cheap taxi service.
