ZAGREB CITY BREAK (3 DAYS/2 OVERNIGHTS)
Zagreb, a city of museums and culture which is rapidly expanding and evolving as one of the cities of the so-called New Europe, is at the same time, surprisingly laid back: one of the pleasures of its inhabitants and visitors is enjoying yourself in one of the numerous cafés - watching life passing by creates the perfect backdrop. Zagreb’s visitors are welcomed guests invited to enjoy the excellent Croatian cuisine, explore the city’s sights, shop in numerous shops and end the day in one of the bars or clubs – a good time is guaranteed!
Price includes: accommodation in a 4 * hotel on bed and breakfast basis in a double room, sojourn tax, incoming and outgoing transfers, city tour accompanied by a qualified tourist guide and Zagreb Card.
Day 1: arrival at the airport, transfer, hotel accommodation. For visitors who want to discover the historical and mysterious side of the capital, an interactive night tour is organized *.
The tour itself was based on free interpretations of motifs from the novels of a Croatian writer Mary Jurić Zagorka and city legends. It is special because it takes place in the evening and costumed characters depict Zagreb’s history in a picturesque and interactive way. Visitors are invited to actively participate in various featured events from that time, some of which will raise your adrenaline, while others will move you... Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Zagreb morning city tour accompanied by a qualified tourist guide or a Hop On Hop Off sightseeing tour by bus **: Lower Town, Upper Town, Cathedral, Ban Jelačić Square, Zrinjevac Park, King Tomislav Square... If you should decide to tour the city accompanied by a qualified tourist guide, you will take a short break in the oldest pub in Zagreb and have a glass of Croatian wine or a cup of coffee. After the visit the rest of the day is reserved for leisure and shopping. If you are more interested in going out for dinner or a night out, we're happy to offer tickets for concerts or theatre shows - Zagreb is the Croatian cultural centre and offers top cultural events.
Day 3: Departure. In the morning, we suggest you spend time in the city centre, visit the town's most popular Dolac market, which is swarming with life in morning hours and have coffee at the Flower Square, followed by a transfer to the airport and departure.
